The Final Conference of COEVOLVERS
Over four years, the Horizon Europe project COEVOLVERS has explored how coevolutionary approach can enhance the transformative potential of nature-based solutions. Rather than viewing NBS as technical interventions, for COEVOLVERS they are coevolving multispecies assemblages shaped by ongoing interactions among humans, other species, institutions, and the features of physical environments.
The event brings together researchers, policymakers, practitioners and all those interested in the future of nature-based solutions co-design and implementation. We will introduce the coevolutionary approach of COEVOLVERS, creative digital and arts-based methods, and various nature-based governance models designed to integrate human and other-than-human needs for transformative change.
