From Sardinia to the Dry Forests of Peru: A Journey of Green Mindfulness, Forest Bathing and Human Connection I was able to carry out a research period of 17 days on Green Mindfulness and Forest Bathing in Pirua, Peru —an experience that became not only a professional mission but a personal transformation.
